Refund policy

If you need to return an item, please notify us before sending it back. Once we receive it, your money will be refunded as long as the item is in the same condition as it was when I sent it to you.

There have been rare occasions when a dispenser pump hasn't worked. If this is the case, I'm happy to send you a new pump. You will need to remove the old pump from the lid and replace it with the new once you get it.
